Help! My garage door caught on the edge of a cabinet

To whom it may concern, On Friday the 13th of December, my garage door caught on the edge of a cabinet. I was in a panic, and in within moments the door was dangling above the ground. I immediately looked up garage repair online. I clicked on the first website that came up and saw that they offered 24 hour repair. I am a father of three boys and was by myself at the time. The representative who answered my call, told me that he would get someone out immediately. Within an hour, Jonathon Padgett knocked on my door. He promptly assessed the situation and told me it could be fixed. Within the hour, my garage door opened and closed without issue. Jonathon was extremely polite and professional, making the stress of my predicament go away. I thank GDS for hiring people such as Jonathon to represent their company. I am very satisfied with the service, and will recommend GDS to others.

Technician did a very good job. Explained the problems with my garage doors and clearly explained to me recommendation for repair. I approved for him to proceed with the repairs, he had everything needed with him and was done with repairing two doors within an hour. Great service, Thank You.
